Notification Settings

These settings help you get notification email on the provided email address whenever a new review is collected. 



Notification is sent only for those reviews which satisfy the qualifying criteria given by you. Following options are present:

Do you want to be notified when you receive a review?
  • Enable: This will send a notification whenever you receive a qualifying product review
  • Disable: Notification email is not sent

Notify if Review Received has Less than or Equal to

Here you can set the qualifying criteria for the reviews. As an example, if you set this value to be 3 stars, you will receive notification for all reviews which are less than or equal to 3 stars that is 1 star, 2 stars and 3 stars.

If you wish to receive notification for all reviews, set the value to 5 stars.


Send Notification to below Email Addresses:

These are the email addresses which are notified on receiving the qualifying reviews. You can add multiple email addresses. Each will be notified.


The notification is sent as per “Edit Notification Template” settings.
