Detailed Setup

We strongly recommend going through Quick Setup and completing the steps before proceeding with this page.

This article lists the settings/options which are important but not necessary for App functioning. Below steps should be looked into only after completion of all the steps in Quick Setup

STEP 01:

Edit Smart Call Template

  1. Go to path Settings > Smart Call Settings > Edit call template.
  1. Personalize language, call message, recording time & more here.
  1. Test the created call template by entering your country code & number.
  2. Once satisfied, click “Save”.

STEP 02:

Edit Store Logo

  1. Go to path Settings > Upload Logo
  2. Upload logo in recommended size of 256 x 256 pixels.
  3. Supported formats are .png, .jpg and .jpeg
  4. The uploaded logo will be used in all email communications to your buyers.
  5. Once done, click “Save”.

STEP 03:

Edit Sender Email Address:

  1. Go to path Settings > Email Info Settings
  2. Enter desired “Sender Name”
  3. Enter “Sender Email Address
  4. Check your provided email address for verification mail
  5. Once verified, it can take up to 10 minutes for the email address to be updated in Email Info Settings

STEP 04:

Edit Email Template

  1. Go to path Settings > Review Collection over Email Settings > Edit email template.
  1. Personalize subject, email body & more here.
  2. Test the created email template by entering your email address.
  3. Once satisfied, click “Save”.

STEP 05:

Verify Time Zone Settings

  1. Go to Time Zone tab of EpicApp
  2. Verify if the “Universal Time Settings for Smart Calls” is set to desired time zone. This is generally the time zone from which you have majority of your customers.
  3. For global customers, personalize the “Timezone Specific Settings for Smart Calls
  4. Once satisfied, click “Save”.

STEP 06:

Update “Default Titles for Reviews Settings”

  1. Go to path Settings > Default Titles for Reviews Settings.
  2. Personalize default review titles for each star.
  3. Once satisfied, click “Save”.

STEP 07:

Collect Reviews for Old Shopify Orders

  1. Go to path Settings > Collect Reviews for Old Shopify Orders
  2. Click on “Send Emails for Old Orders” button
