Smart Call Failure Settings

These settings will help you in case all Smart Calls (including re-attempts) fail to collect review due to any reason. 



After the last smart call attempt fails to collect review, 01 email is sent to the buyer, requesting him/her to consider reviewing the product. The email that is sent uses the standard email template.

This setting is enabled by default.
