Modified on Thu, 18 Jul at 7:32 PM

These options help you set the time duration during which, the Smart Calls will be made to your customers, for collecting product reviews.

Sub options as under:

  1. Time zone for your store”: Will show the time zone in which your shopify store is registered.

  2. Start Smart Calls from”: You set the time from when the smart calls will start initiating for your customers. This time must be put in accordance with “Time zone for your store”.

  3. Stop Smart Calls after”: You set the time after which no smart calls will be made to your customers. This time must be put in accordance with “Time zone for your store”.

  4. “Stop Smart Calls on below days:” You can use this to set specific days (could be weekends, festivals, national holidays etc) on which you don’t want your customers to receive any call for review collection.

The selected time is auto-adjusted as per customer time zone, for e.g., if you select 1000 Hours to 1900 Hours in your store time zone, Smart Calls will be made to your buyer, when it is 1000 Hours to 1900 Hours in their time zone.
