Set Re-Attempts for Smart Email

These settings help you set re-attempts for emails to collect product reviews. 



The re-attempts are applicable in the case earlier emails are unable to collect product review due to any reason.

You can configure a max of 2 more re-attempts.

You can set the re-attempts to initiate from either ‘n’ minutes or hours or days after failed attempt.
