This tab helps you add desired products to blacklist for which you don’t longer need to collect reviews. The possible reasons could be out of stock products, discontinued products, inferior quality products etc. All mediums of reviews collections viz. smart calls, emails etc will be suspended for added products.
How to add products in blacklist:
- Click on “Pick Products” button.
- Search for your product using title.
- Click on “Add”.
How to remove products from blacklist:
- To remove single product, simply click the remove button on the right side of the product.
- To remove multiple products, select them using the checkbox and click on “Remove from blacklist” button.
