Order List

The order list shows all the orders received on your store, along with relevant details, after installation of EpicApp. Sub options are explained as under:

 


  1. Search Bar”: You can search through all columns to find a particular order. The search bar uses “contains” filter.

  2. “More Filters”: If you wish to apply multiple filters together, for e.g., Item Name contains bracelet and customer name contains Emily, same can be done from this button.

  3. Order column: Shows the order number of the order received on your store. Clicking the order number takes you to Order Details page which has more details for the selected order.

  4. Order Date column: Shows date and time <dd mmm yyyy hh:mm am/pm> when the order was received on the store. This date and time is captured according to your store’s time zone.

  5. Customer column: Shows customer name and email address (if available) of the customer who placed the order. For more details about the customer, you can go to Customers Tab.

  6. Phone Number: Shows phone number (if available) of the customer who placed the order. For more details about the customer, you can go to Customers Tab.

  7. Items column: Shows how many unique items have been purchased by the customer. Clicking on the small arrow shows both the names of the items purchased, along with respective quantity and image of the item, in the pop-up box that opens. Clicking on item name takes you to product page of that item.


  1. Currently Collecting Review Via column: This column shows that which review collection method is currently being used to request review from the customer. It can have following options:
    1. Not Started Yet: Means that review collection has not started yet. It generally happens when trigger condition that has been set is not met yet.

    2. Call: Means that review collection is being attempted using smart calls.

    3. Email: Means that review collection is being attempted using smart emails.

    4. Customer Blacklisted: Means that customer has been added to blacklist on the Customers Tab. As such no review requests will be sent to the customer.

    5. Product Blacklisted: Means that product has been added to blacklist on Products Blacklist tab. As such no review requests will be sent for that product to any customer.

  2. Review Was Collected column: This column shows that product review, if collected, was collected at what stage of request. It has following options:
    1. Not Collected Yet: It means that review has not been collected yet and process to collect the same has started/will be starting soon.

    2. On 1st/2nd/3rd call: Means that review has been collected on 1st smart call attempt or 2nd attempt or 3rd

    3. On 1st/2nd/3rd email: Means that review has been collected on 1st smart email attempt or 2nd attempt or 3rd

    4. Disabled: Means that both smart call and smart email have been disabled in settings and review collection is not possible.

    5. App Disabled: Means that app has been disabled in the settings. App needs to be enabled before review collection process can begin.

  3. Instant Review Request column: This column can be used to send instant review request to the customer either via smart call or smart email. It bypasses the normal scheduled settings for both modes. This option can also be used to test the app for a dummy order so that relevant changes can be done in either smart call template or smart email template.
