The option connects EpicApp with your existing Judge.me app. The reviews will be collected via calls using EpicApp and pushed to Judge.me for display
Limitations when using Judge.me integration:
- Judge.me doesn’t support pushing audio & video reviews: Only the transcribed text + images will be pushed. If you need to display audio & video, disable the Judge.me integration and use EpicApp display widgets.
- Judge.me doesn’t support editing of reviews: Reviews once pushed to Judge.me (either manually or automatically) are considered final. Editing the review in EpicApp (either through buyer or through “Report a review” feature), doesn’t edit the review in Judge.me.
- Judge.me doesn’t auto verify pushed reviews: Please reach out to support@judge.me with evidence such as screenshots of order history from your other store for manual verification.
- Judge.me doesn’t support non email address reviews: Presently, reviews without an email address cannot be sent to Judge.me.
